"LA Freeway" by Ansel Adams

I chose this photo because of the strong lines and the almost biological, sentient feel of the highway. I think the photographer was trying to do a little social commentary type thing about society and our consumptive nature. The lanes of traffic seem like veins in some giant creature and I think it's a really cool original idea, especially at the time when the photo was taken.         -Rocco
