Sorry the quality is so bad... It was the only way I could make the size of the picture smaller so the blog site would be able to upload it without too much trouble
Try making the dimensions of the image smaller in Photoshop - that way, you can keep the JPEG relatively high-quality without creating too large a file. Blogger runs its own compression algorithm when it creates the thumbnail anyways.
The flash here was also coming from behind me but it was set towards the wall so the flash was bouncing off the wall.
