this is the advertising for some cosmetics, photographed by Man Chen, a Chinese fashion photographer.
i chose the one that imitate the light the best. other pictures i took have a clear sense that there are two light sources. I realize the original picture only has one major source.

I like the photo, but I feel as though the lighting may be coming from the opposite direction that the lighting in the original one. I don't mean left and right opposites, I mean that the shadows in the original would indicate that the light source was from above while the shadows in your picture indicate that the light source is positioned more below the subject. ~Jessica
